SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship your order within the agreed timeframe. We ship USPS Priority Mail with insurance. Once the order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number.
We ship all over the U.S. as well as around the world using USPA Priority Mail. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that your country may require.

info@flowingrock.com. There will be an extra charge for the expedited shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please contact us at 609.224.5283 or email us at info@flowingrock.com for any returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date it was shipped. We only accept returned items in new and unworn conditions and without any signs of damage.

The items must be sent back with the original packaging and all the documents received from Flowing Rock. You can choose an exchange or refund minus the shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. There are no returns or exchanges for custom orders or sale items.
